Nichole was fabulous. We had a really difficult buyer and Nichole handled her perfectly.

I have used Nichole for buying, selling and managing investment property. This particular instance was for selling. Nichole started marketing this listing right at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic and was truly a rockstar. This property was an income property for me and she flawlessly managed showings with my tenants’ safety in mind. When the first buyer of the property had a problem with financing, Nichole skillfully handled the situation. That girl knows her contracts! We were then able to get the property back under agreement for even more money. From listing to closing, she was thorough, communicative, and a great negotiator. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy, sell or even invest. I have gotten some amazing deals on investment properties because of her knowledge of investing, her strong negotiating, and her managing of the properties (and construction projects) thereafter.

I cannot recommend Nichole Fecteau highly enough for her dedicated hard work, professionalism, subject matter expertise, responsiveness, and advisement throughout the daunting process of listing and selling our home! Her extraordinary effort in creatively marketing our property through all available means maximized prospective interest, secured multiple competitive offers, and minimized the time to get it under contract (only five days on the market). I am grateful for having Nichole by our side from the start to the finish of this otherwise stressful and intimidating process.

I found Nichole through Facebook and saw how many good reviews she had, so I followed her until it was time to sell/buy. Nichole got our house sold in about a week and got us more money than I thought was possible. She was very motivated, getting us many showings. She did a beautiful description of our first house and put it up on her website(s) and social media accounts. She recommended finance people, photo people, cleaners, and inspection people. I love that she recommended a pre-inspection, so we knew where we stood to begin with. She always kept us in the loop about information and her schedule.When it came to purchasing a home, she sent us homes and came out to all kinds of locations to meet us to see them. She asked a lot of questions and wasn't afraid to bring up our concerns to the seller. She was very responsive and talked me down from the stress ledge a few times. When we found our dream home - she was right on it, getting us in within 2 hours, then putting the offer on that night, letting the realtor know we meant business - writing up all of our specifications and giving her expertise on pricing and what was realistic and what competition would be like. Our offer was accepted in about 12 hours and we couldn’t be happier because of how competitive the market was. Nichole professionally got (all) the jobs done. Her personality was a great bonus: we loved her – highly recommend!

Nichole Fecteau is a gosh darned rockstar. I had been looking for homes for a while and had basically given up WHEN she texted me saying she found me the perfect place. She immediately FaceTimed me in Vegas and walked me through the listing as the photographer was taking the initial photos of the property. I flew home, scheduled a showing first thing in the morning and made a FULL OFFER on the property within hours of it being live. I am very happy in my new home and the whole process was easy. Thank you Nichole! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nichole has a solid, proven marketing plan. She was very thorough and explained everything in great detail. Most importantly, she was spot-on with her pricing and got our house sold, with multiple above-asking offers in less than a week! Other agents we met promised slightly higher pricing, but Nichole delivered almost immediate results.
